By selecting the correct product for the task at hand, it will dramatically reduce the likelihood of an issue arising with your product. Occasions arise whereby warranty periods may be extended / shortened, due to promotional campaigns. Correspondence detailing these changes will be released before the promotion's active date.
MotoMix® fuel domestic warranty extension
Extension of Domestic warranty from 2 to 3 years when purchased with 5 litres of MotoMix®. Domestic customers can now extend warranty cover of selected machines, when purchased along with 5 litres of MotoMix®. The extension must be registered at point of sale by the STIHL Approved Dealer. Spare parts are covered by a 1 year warranty.
VIKING to STIHL transition
From the 1st of January 2019 all VIKING grounds care products were re-branded to become STIHL. Therefore for any warranty related enquires relating to the VIKING product range, please take reference from the section now labelled STIHL grounds care products.
